Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Love Partying Limited, T/A Busy Kids, either via telephone, in writing or online, the customer confirms they have read and accepted the terms as set out in this document.
The Contract
On placing and paying for an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided when placing their order. Busy Kids will despatch the order within the timeframe detailed in Delivery Information and confirmation of despatch will be sent to the same email address. The contract is fulfilled with the order is despatched and proof of postage retained by Busy Kids.
Toy Safety & Confectionery Ingredients
Busy Kids’s toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and where appropriate carry the CE mark. Unless specified, items on this website are not suitable for Under 3s. All products should only be used or confectionery consumed under adult supervision.
When placing their order, customers should ensure the products:
– Are appropriate for the recipients’ age, including any confectionery products purchased
– Are going to be used in the way they are intended and with care, for example key rings are not toys and should not be used as such, and balloons should always be inflated by an adult
– Are not received by someone who could be harmed or suffer an allergic reaction to their purchase. Please note: We cannot guarantee our products have been prepared in a nut free environment. Please refer to our document Ingredients & Allergens.pdf for a list of ingredients of our most popular products. If any of the ingredients cause for concern, please Contact Us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
– Will be given to the recipient with the safety warning and ingredients still attached if provided
– Are not used if there is a defect. We take care to check all products before despatch but should a customer find a fault please contact us to arrange return and, if required, a replacement or refund arranged.
Returns Policy
Please notify Busy Kids within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to return any item/s. Busy Kids will refund any item/s received at our premises within 14 days in its original and undamaged packaging. Postage is not refundable and we advise customers to obtain proof of postage as Busy Kids cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss which occurs to products being returned whilst in transit. Valid refunds will be paid within 3 days of receiving the returned item/s via the same method of payment as when the order was placed.
Delivery, delayed, missing or damaged goods
Customers should ensure the correct delivery method is selected for their order (please see Delivery Information) and by accepting this Terms & Conditions document are confirming they have read and understood the despatch and delivery timeframe for their choice. If an order is not received during the timeframe suggested or is damaged please contact the courier or Busy Kids. Although despatch of an order and proof of postage confirms we have fulfilled the contract, we will liaise with third parties (for example couriers) should a problem arise once the goods have left our premises and would hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Product replacement
In the unlikely event of a product not being available to meet a customer’s delivery requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a similar product in its place or an alternative delivery date. The customer is under no obligation to accept this offer and may cancel the order and receive a full refund should they wish.
Product images & descriptions
Sometimes a product may not be exactly the same as the image; for example a different colour or design of Alice band, purse, pen or bag. Please let us know if you require a particular colour or style and we will aim to accommodate any requests but this cannot be guaranteed. Any other significant changes to the images shown will be noted in the item description.
Payment
Secure online or telephone payment can be made using PayPal or Visa debit or credit card, Mastercard and Maestro card (for which we use use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. Please view Sage Pay’s security policy at http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy for further details)
Alternatively cheques should be made payable to Love Partying Limited. Please note that goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
Currency & VAT
All our prices are in British Pound Sterling with VAT included in the product description prices at the standard rate (currently 20%).
Privacy policy
Busy Kids will not pass on any personal customer information or contact details to third parties. Should you receive a newsletter from us updating you on new products or special offers, there will be an unsubscribe option for you to choose or please feel free to contact us to let us know you no longer wish to receive this information.

Complaints
We hope you are happy with our service and your order; but please contact us immediately with any complaints you may have about Busy Kids, its website, products or service and we will strive to respond within 48 hours to discuss any issues.
Validity of Terms & Conditions
Busy Kids reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate. Customers are advised to ensure they have read the most recent terms when making their purchase.
